Account Deactivate

Dear Sellers,

I hope this message finds you well. My account was deactivated according to Section 3. I submitted the required information but am still uncertain about the reactivation process. Therefore, I am considering creating a new account through an LLC using the same details associated with my deactivated account.

Could you please advise if it is permissible to create a new Amazon account under an LLC with the same information as my deactivated account?
