Therefore, I am considering creating a new account through an LLC using the same details associated with my deactivated account.
Could you please advise if it is permissible to create a new Amazon account under an LLC with the same information as my deactivated account?

No, each company information can only correspond to one Amazon account.

Why was the first account deactivated (post your original notice)? Do not open a second account, it will only get you further into trouble.
