I could use some mod help with a "delisted" sku due to a mistake on Amazon's part

Here's what's going on....

Amazon and Walmart both carry our product (children's training cup) online for $9.99 and that has never been a problem.

However, Walmart recently brought one color of our cups in store for $7.82 but that doesn't include shipping... that is only if you go into the store, obviously. Adding shipping raises the price to $14.81 which is considerably higher than Amazon's online price.

Amazon removed the SKUs eligibility for featured price and the buy button. On PC you can still see the listing but it looks like it might be out of stock.... but on mobile, the sku doesn't show and people have to click into a spot to view products that might be unavailable. It's ridiculous (see the attached pic).

We are the manufacturer of the product and the only authorized seller on Amazon. We will do about 1.5 million this year and this sku is our most popular, accounting for about 30% of sales volume (all our skus are the same item in various colors and combinations).

Our latest case ID for this matter is 16635744581

I'm going to tag a few mods in hopes that it will get me to a quicker resolution.... and I very much appreciate any help, @Danny_Amazon @KJ_Amazon@Jameson_Amazon @Atlas_Amazon@Stevie_Amazon@Troy_Amazon
