Brand Registry Application accidentally cancelled - Need help from
I recently submitted a brand registry application within the Amazon Brand Registry and the case was "closed" because the wrong logo was uploaded for the trademark. This trademark differs from the one listed in the USPTO trademark website for my brand name. The case should have been closed but is re-opened with "pending" but not allowing me to update the case. Since the case is permanently stuck in pending, I can't start a new brand registry application or contact brand registry support. I am trying to create a new application with the correct logo, but since the brand name is stuck in pending it prevents me to do so. Can someone close this case so I can start a new one.
I closed the case, and need to have the corresponding Brand Registry application closed so that I can reapply. Please provide me with assistance. Here is the case ID.

Thank you for all the relevant information. I have submitted an internal request and I will provide an update here as soon as I get it.
You can also continue to check your Brand Applications Dashboard and once the status of the application changes from "Pending Review," to "Rejected." You will be able to apply again.
