A-Z Case Incorrectly Settled- NEED AMAZON SUPPORT HELP
Posted this over a week ago and got no reply from Amazon Support so I'll try again:
Order 701-6697663-5172211
Tracking shows this was delivered ON TIME, To the correct address and was SIGNED FOR by the Buyer. Heck, it even has GPS coordinates showing it was delivered correctly!
Having met all POD requirements this A-Z Case was still settled in the Buyer's Favour and my appeal was DENIED.
Amazon Support, please HELP!

Still doesn't understand that GLS courier isn't an integrated Amazon tracking carrier.
