Would I be right in assuming you do not live in UK ? - my apologies if I have assumed wrongly.

If you do not live in UK, do your store your items here in UK for FBA ? - if you do then you DO need to be VAT registered, as the £85K threshold (soon to be £90K) does not apply to non-UK residents.

Yes, you do need to file a tax return, now done online - you should have had a letter from HMRC.

Hello @Seller_BIQVmz4t6yC0w,

Thank you for posting on Forums!

As suggested by other sellers, the best option is to consult your accountant who can give an expert guidance on VAT.

However, I would anyways suggest you to take a look at the information available in Seller University and different help pages.

Happy to share some examples with you:

UK VAT on e-Commerce (UK VOEC) Legislation – 2021

VAT requirements for UK inventory storage

All you need to know about VAT in one place

Kind regards,

Sarah.
