Amazon needs proof that you or someone authorized to use your account, didn't do what they accused you of doing. Once this proof has been provided, then they can reactivate your account.

That is brand manipulation and Amazon is FINALLY starting to crack down on sellers that do that stuff. NOT enough, but at least catching a few.
Brand manipulation crosses all sorts of Amazon policies and LAWS and is one of the most serious violations they have.
Unfortunately for you, the solution offered by @Seller_7LrAV0m5llaI7 -- "Amazon needs proof that you or someone authorized to use your account, didn't do what they accused you of doing."
is NOT available to you because you admitted that your employee did do it.
The possibility of recovering your account is pretty slim. Probably less than 1% likely.

It might be possible IF you had a long history of sales on Amazon and had few or no previous violations AND if this was a MINOR issue. YOU are new and have no history that built up any trust or good will.
Brand manipulation has become a major problem on Amazon as seen by the dozens of 'brand hijacking' posts every single week. They have FINALLY begun to be a little more active in stopping people they catch doing it.
Since this is a MAJOR violation of both Amazon policies AND a number of actual laws here in the US I don't see how you possibly survive this issue.
If you have opened any cases provide a number so any MOD that happens to drop by can look it over to see if they can help.
Without a case number in the posts it wastes time for everyone. I no longer tag anyone if there is no case #.
They have to ask for it and then wait for a reply from the poster and then the poster has to wait again for the MOD to find the case, and then more waiting.…………....

I didn't try and change anything. The OP admits that one of their employees DID change something.
Since Amazon has determined that they will give "generic" items protection it doesn't matter ON AMAZON if they are in the USPTO or not. Changing one to another is" brand manipulation" as far as they are concerned.

thanks for information, actually my question is that if some listing under some random brand like, ABC, XYZ, not Generic, and these brand are not registered by anyone and there is no any owner of these random brands, like ABC, XYZ, not registered in brand registry,
then anyone try to change their picture or title then its same like brand manipulate? i am not talking about ''Generic'' i am talking about different random brand with any name.

If there is a BRAND anyplace on Amazon listings changing it is a violation. They catch a lot of people doing that and suspend them.
The only real question is how so many 'offshore' sellers and black hats get away with doing that and Amazon turns a blind eye (or is incompetent, OR, someone has been paid off as some court cases have proven).
Think of anything with a BRAND as if it were a pool of molten lava and jumping in will kill your account.

well describe the issue, but if i will be try to change the any other brand name which is not registered this is also not possible with out Amazon permission, so when some one asked to amazon to changed the ABC brand in to their brand name, then why amazon don't think about, and why he changed the ABC brand also on their request, and after some while he take the action, and suspend the people account, while Amazon also involved in this activity,

As noted there is a request for proof or evidence that this was taken in error. This will include documents such as a letter of authorization allowing you to make or suggest these changes. This is a dispute only scenario so if these documents do not exist, the account will not be eligible for reactivation.

If your employee attempted to make these changes with out prior authorization, you may be able to show proof of employment, separation with termination documents and an extremely detailed explanation of what exactly they did how they did it and when these changes were requested. You will also need to explain what they changed what it was changed too and why were they being requested without authorization or approval. I cannot guarantee this will be accepted as noted above this is a dispute only scenario.
