Tracking number says delivered
Shipped item to customer with tracking and insurance purchased through Amazon, customer says didn't receive. I believe the customer's claim and I believe Amazon would refund the order anyhow. So I refunded. However, I see no way to make a shipping claim for a seller on the website. How do I go about getting refund from Amazon for the package?

You won't be refunded by Amazon. If you were using UPS, here's an old post with instructions (the problem is that UPS refers you to Amazon and Amazon refers you to UPS)

Why do you believe the customer if tracking shows delivered?
Why are you refunding when Amazon would have covered you?
Neither Amazon nor the carrier are going to reimburse you for a package that shows delivered and which you voluntarily refunded.
