Brazil added to account, Now all funds in account reserve level

My account got Brazil added to it, I called to get it removed and was told I could not! Then the demand to insurance liability which was verified. Now since 7-17 all my fund from sales are in account level reserve. I opened a case it got transferred with no response after a week a i opened a second case with NO response.

Oh I had 1 good day where I had the buy box and all of my units sold. But have sold that level before with no holds as the account over 10 years.

And there is no way to clean up addresses in my account, every address I ever shipped to is there and no way to delete them.

I would like a reason and at least a answer. As I have no violations, negative feedback, all shipping is on time. 1 chargeback from 2018. All messages are answered....... no reason for this except the amazon added Brazil.

WARNING!!!! DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLOSE BRAZIL!! DO NOT EVEN ASK IF IT IS POSSIBLE!!!!

Just put it on Vacation mode, and make sure that you have no listings (active or inactive).

It may already be too late. Another seller simply asked Amazon support about Brazil; his entire account got closed. This was 7 months ago, and the lawyers still have not straightened it out (and he is a BIG account).

Are you still able to sell? If so, your reserve will probably go back to normal soon. Just don't mention Brazil to Amazon.

Keep us posted with any updates. And try finding where Sellers Ask Sellers and you might get some good advice there.
