In case you have FBA inventory in the Canada's warehouses, you need to make a removal order first, for this, you can follow the Help Page Remove inventory from a fulfilment centre. Once you get the products, you can follow the Help Page Amazon Global Selling for further details on how to send the FBA Shipment to FBA to United States.
When you are creating the FBA Shipment, the system will let you know the address to send the products to.

You can not do a direct transfer of FBA inventory from Canada to USA. You have to remove it from FBA Canada back to you, and then ship to FBA USA.
