Report violation gets instant rejection
When I report violations using Report Abuse (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/abuse-submission/form/different-product-received), I get an instant response by email "Thank you for your report of a suspected policy violation. We cannot take action on the report as no violation has been identified on the reported xxxxxxx".

Are you sure that what you see is really a violation? Pay attention, Amazon can suspend your account for misusing the system if your allegations are unfounded.
