Closed FBA shipment stock not received?
Hi ive sent 2 shipments via UPS to Amazon, one on the 3rd December and one on the 6th , both shipments have been closed with no inventory received ,has anyone else experienced this before ? do i need to reconcile and if i do will Amazon reimburse me for the lost stock

Yes, same with my shipment from 7th of December and 4 more to follow soon. On Reconcile I uploaded UPS tracking and the invoices for the stock, waiting now for their decision.
It seems this is happening to many others with the long festive breaks and extreme backlogs.

We to have the same problem to EUKA.
Had one closed last week, second one closed today with no stock booked in. We have another 2 still waiting, which I feel will go the same way.

We have a few one from the 3rd, amazon told me to wait until 4th Jan for shipment to be delivered, can live in hope

Yes we have loads, all from early December. Some have random amounts that have been allocated to the shipment incorrectly as they haven’t even got the boxes yet!

Spoke too soon, just checked and one from 6th December which is showing CLOSED has just had another 160 items received. Looks like they are working through the backlog.

Same. Shipment from 7 Dec is CLOSED but items started to trickle in from yesterday so hopefully it will get sorted itself by today/tomorrow.

I’ve got one package from Dec 16th still showing as “in transit” to ORTON. It’s incredibly frustrating that its acceptable to provide this level of service… copy and paste replies. No way to speak to anyone at UPS or Amazon that has any idea what is going on.
At least if there is a delay - update us… but this hasn’t even been delivered…
