Brand Registry is not taking
I originally attempted to get brand registry for my new private label product in 2023 and was denied (no TM). Since then, I submitted for and received brand registry (I now have trademark, photos to submit, ID info, etc.). I tried to upload a new product literally dozens of times over the last 3 weeks and am always met with the same error message - essentially that my brand registry was rejected (in 2023). I can manage my brands and Amazon has removed my brand registry for me and then re-installed it, but I still get the same message (Brand Registry rejected in 2023).
There was a product about 10 years ago with the same name, but I bought their trademark and website. Could that be the problem? Here's a Batch ID if someone from Amazon wants to take a look: 56546020213.

In this instance, I'd recommend reaching out directly to Seller Support by following this link. They have tools and visibility on their end to look into this further for you if you have not already been in touch with them.
When opening a case, be as specific as possible in what you are hoping to accomplish and where you are running into issues. Please include any relevant screen shots as well as this will help them provide a swifter response.
