What happened to my international reviews?
Hi all, hope everyone is doing well.
I’m selling private label ASIN B0949B5BGJ in the UK, and we are VAT registered and have stock in Germany, Italy and France. From there, Amazon sell (without storing stock) to other EU countries as well.
From midnight of 22nd March, my international reviews dissapeared from the UK listing. We had two international reviews; one from the Netherlands and one from Germany. I was really happy to have them on display on the UK listing as they make our company seem more established to be selling abroad as well. Our review count dropped from 302 to 295.
Those international reviews are still available to see if you view the ASIN from any other Amazon site (eg amazon.de), but not the UK listing.
Anyone in the same boat or know of any fixes? Would appreciate your help.
