A customer filed an A-Z claim stating they didn’t receive the package. Tracking confirmed delivery, and I provided all evidence, including proof of delivery with images. Despite this, Amazon sided with the customer and refunded them a month ago.

Now, a month later, the customer left a comment saying: "I still got the refund😂", which clearly confirms they lied to keep the product for free. It’s frustrating to see this kind of abuse go unchecked, especially when all proof was submitted.
