Order defect rate and removed negative feedback
Just a quickie and not that important question but just one that is niggling me.
We had some negative feedback left for us that was obviously meant for another seller as it referred to a damaged remote, whereas he bought underwear from us.
We had it remove without issue when we appealed the initial feedback removal rejection but it’s still showing as a negative against our order defect rate - wouldn’t that normally be removed from there as the feedback was removed?

Don’t worry, the defect will disappear after a few days as it takes some time for your metrics to update and reflect removal of the rating.
