A to Z Guarantee Claim

Hi,

A customer wanted to return the item and we immediately provided a prepaid return label. After couple days customer claimed an A to z guarentee file without any communication with us. We still do not know what is the reason for that A to Z guarantee claim. Amazon sent us an email telling us they will come up with decision in 3 business days. However not any responce after 2 weeks of the claim. Meanwhile customer returned the item with the prepaid label we provided and we refunded the customer as usual. After all those events amazon closed the A to Z file becuase refund was issued but ODR on our Account Healt was applied.

Now I can not find any responsible person to tell this issue or appeal this decision.

Any help would be appreciated.
