account manager issue

Hi, My previous account manager is not responding to an enquiry I have regarding an account issue I am facing. The name of the account manager is [Moderator Edit: personal data removed] and I have sent 2 emails from my primary email. Seems to be not responding.

Account managers dont really exist thats why, they are more like sales people
