A year a go I signed up to a programme amazon was running for new sellers
I was assigned an account manager when I started my Amazon selling account
The programme stated I would receive free account support and ppc support for the first year
There was no charge for this but I would be expected to spend at least £4000 a month on PPC which we agreed to
After several months going back and forth with Kiema we were advised to send in stock
I explained I would have to pay £50,000 for the stock and was told it would be a worthwhile investment so I did
I received the stock and was getting ready to send it in when all emails I was sending to Kiema started to bounce back
I contacted customer support originally in August and have been in constant talks with them since trying to get back in contact with kiema
I had been given an email address to contact - amazon-businessadvisory@amazon.com - but after 2 weeks Im still waiting on a response.
I have spent £50,000 on stock based on Amazon employee's advice and have now been left on my own with no help from Amazon
I need a new account manager so we can get this sent in and the company start selling some of this stock
I have been left high and dry with no support from Amazon after spending so much money
I need some help from you all regarding who would be best to contact regarding this.
If anyone has any ideas whatsoever please give me a heads up
