Scammed 1243 USD at Amazon, Amazon won't deal with it and won't get back to me

I feel very disappointed, Because trading through Amazon still exists to be scammed, Amazon platform doesn't provide enough security for safe transactions. I was scammed on Amazon for 1243USD. Order ID: 112-8911515-5348244.

This being scammed has a lot to do with Amazon's rules, Because Amazon requires logistical signatures for large orders. Yet Amazon's system blocks buyers' real contact numbers, Isn't that a self-contradictory rule? AMAZON'S CONTRADICTORY REGULATIONS LEAVE BUYERS WITH OPPORTUNITIES FOR FRAUD.

We send emails asking buyers to provide real contact numbers. But the buyer had already bypassed the Amazon platform and so used a fake VM call to fob us off. Inducing us to ship.

My American friend has confirmed that the call is a bogus VM call. Unreachable network virtual phone number. IF IT WAS A REAL CUSTOMER, WHO WOULD PROVIDE AN UNREACHABLE NETWORK VIRTUAL PHONE?

Provide these virtual phones, and their ultimate goal is to avoid logistics signature delivery services. Facilitate later filing of claims. Scammers are very familiar with Amazon's platform rule loopholes.

First, you are not provided the number for a reason. The numbers provided are for carrier use. you should not be reaching out to a buyer.

Second, a signature upon delivery doesn't mean anything to Amazon. If you did not use their shipping, then you will always lose a claim.

I've been selling on Amazon for 5 years and I'm very unhappy and disappointed with Amazon because of this order. I was not able to make a profit of 1243USD on Amazon for a month on this store, yet now scammers are using a loophole in Amazon's rules to scam me out of 1243USD!

Some of Amazon's rules are totally prompting the scam to go ahead

Yet Amazon's own loopholes in its rules have become a means for scammers, But it makes us sellers bear all the losses.

Delivery was made according to Amazon rules, the logistics track clearly shows successful delivery, but the buyer's claim, this Amazon is still refunded, So I'm not sure what we sellers are doing wrong?
