Remove brand registry from my accoun

I've Contacted Brand Registry Support And Followed The Steps To Remove The Brand But It Didn't Work.

Their Reply:

I understand your concern regarding removing brand from Amazon brand registry

I Apologize for the inconvenience caused making you to take an additional step in resolving this issue.

The Brand Registry Support team will no longer be servicing any tickets raised requesting removal of the brand from amazon brand registry

We have updated the process, if all the users are removed from role Rights Owner, Administrator or Registered Agent the brand will be removed automatically by the system in 48 hrs.

If you are designated as an Administrator for a brand and would like to add or remove users in the role of a Rights Owner, Administrator or Registered Agent, please do so through self-service on the Brand Registry portal.

The steps are Settings > User Permissions > remove users
