Seller Account Deactivation by Error - Unable to Add Supporting Documents for Review
My account was deactivated by error, and I’ve been repeatedly asked to provide supporting documents. However, there is only a blank space to write, and no option to upload any files. I’ve tried multiple times to resolve this, but nothing has changed. Can anyone help me with where to add the supporting documents or guide me on how to fix this?

Hello,
I am trying to sort out an issue on my account which has been dragged on for weeks now but now i can’t even speak to someone on the phone. Keeps saying Callback service is unavailable, emails from Seller Support are just copy and paste emails with no real help and Account Health emails are as vague as they can get.
How do i speak to a real person about this issue?
