Zero Sales with Premium Sticky Lint Roller – Seeking Guidance to Improve Sales Without Ads

Dear FBA Community,

It's a Temporary post. I’m reaching out for some advice on a pressing issue. I recently launched a premium sticky lint roller with the ASIN B0D1VM9ZW2. Unfortunately, I’m currently facing a situation where I’m not getting any sales, and it's starting to impact my profitability. Here’s a breakdown of the situation:

  • Product Price: $5.99
  • Amazon Fees: $4.28 (Excluding referral and other fees)
  • Net Earnings per Sale: $1.71
  • Product Cost: $1.50 (excluding shipping)
  • CPC for Ads: Approximately $2.80

Given these figures, I’m losing money on each sale, and without running ads, I haven’t been able to generate any sales at all. I’m genuinely concerned and looking for strategies to improve my sales without relying on an advertising budget.

Here’s what I’m considering and need help with:

1. Optimizing Product Listing: Are there specific strategies for improving my product title, description, and images to attract organic traffic?

2. Enhancing Product Visibility: Are there non-paid methods or techniques to boost my product’s visibility on Amazon? For example, leveraging Amazon’s tools or utilizing social media to drive traffic.

3. Pricing Strategy: Given that my product’s cost structure makes it hard to profit with the current pricing, should I consider adjusting my price point, or is there a different pricing strategy that could work?

4. Competitor Analysis: How can I better analyze and understand my competitors to identify any missed opportunities or gaps in my strategy?

5. Customer Reviews and Feedback: What’s the best approach to gathering and utilizing customer reviews to build credibility and encourage sales?

I’m eager to hear from any experts or experienced sellers who have navigated similar issues and found success. Any advice, tips, or guidance on growing sales organically without heavy reliance on ads would be greatly appreciated!

Thank you in advance for your help.

Best regards
