Acccount linked to another account because of similar card payment
my account has been closed because I have given my bank card details to open an account in pakistan with different email. Also at his registered buisness account I gave my address because Pakistan was not on the list. Now my account gt connected to his account and its been deactivated . If I say I recognise the account but its not mine do I have to find a lawyer and get affidivit from it to open my account?? Any solutions?? Any suggestions which can help?

It essentially is yours if its got your address and your bank details on.
Firstly they need to change everything to their details and then hope that Amazon will see you have started to fix things but I'm not convinced you'll get it back
