I face a problem from 4,5 weeks regarding identity address details. The problem is i submit my bank statement as a proof. i receive an email "We are contacting you because one or more documents you provided did not meet the requirements for review, due to the reasons listed in this email.

What happens if I do not provide the required information or documents?

You have a total of 60 days from the day we first contacted you to provide all of the documentation or information that is requested to complete the verification.

Why is this happening?

I submit bank statement but it show wise file name there , system unable to replace with new file.

after that i submit again my bank statement and share case with team i get response in email and that time my account work properly. Ok after that i see in identity information there is option for transfer business but after that i see again i get performance notification to submit again documents they response is bank statement is not enough for address proof.

again submit my details along with Home address certificate and residency proof issued by government. still not get any response.
