Amazon Charges
I just received a notification from my credit card company that there was an unauthorized transaction that tried to post but was declined.
AMZN Mktp CA
can anyone tell me where i can find the transaction for this in my Amazon account so i can figure out what it’s from or if it is indeed legit?
The amount is small however I’m not in the business of giving away free money. I have never received one of these charges so far until today. Any help is appreciated.

That's the Canada portion of the Pro Seller fee for the Unified account. I'm guessing that you haven't sold anything in Canada, so there is no balance for the fee to be deducted from, which would be the normal way.
If you do not plan to sell on the .ca site, put it on Vacation, and make sure to delete all listings there. The same is true for the .mx and Brazil accounts. Once they are on vacation, with no listings, the entire monthly fee will be deducted from your .com balance. The total amount will still be the same, just not broken up between the marketplaces.
If you are selling on the .ca site, and just haven't had enough sales to have a balance, let your bank know that the charge is legit.

This is a charge for Amazon.ca. It does not necessarily include the Pro Seller fee mentioned earlier. You were billed in Canadian Dollars, which is why the bank may have flagged it.
In the example below, I paid my negative Amazon balance of 485.33 CAD (someone returned a big-ticket item and I didn't sell much else in the last two weeks). This includes a charge of 13.41 CAD for the prorated subscription fee, but that is only charged once monthly.
You can match the charge on Amazon by making sure you have Canada selected, then by going to Payments > Transaction View, and selecting "Paid to Amazon" under the "Transaction type" dropdown.
The transaction information was probably also in an email sent to you with the subject line "Balance Paid on your Amazon Seller Account / Paiement du solde de votre compte vendeur Amazon".

Hello @Seller_DaYqvZ1SJ9GN0,
Thank you for reaching out. The charge you are seeing is from the Canada portion of the professional sellers fee. The fee is split up among the different markets included with that subscription.
I would suggest contacting your bank to authorize the charge. If not, Amazon may deactivate the account because of the payment method.
Please let me know if you have any additional questions.
Cheers,
Micah

You've been pushed into Canada by AZ...It happens. Even if you didn't "join"...
CA Gets a Piece of your monthly Pro-Merchant Fee. But your total fee is the same.
Once you're in a Foreign Marketplace like Canada, Mexico or Even Brazil there is No Way to Get Out...Pay the Fee & Move on.
Just Be Careful NOT To List Anything There accidently...

Either the subscription thing or they tried to verify your credit card with a small charge.
