Hello @KhanNiazai,

This is Sonny from Amazon here to answer your questions regarding to patent infringement received. Thank you for reaching out and providing background.

"I searched for the patent but there wasn't any int uspto.
Can someone help me how identify whether my product realy infringe the patent or not."

When a rights owner files an infringement claim, we send you the details to review here in your Performance Notifications. If we receive an infringement complaint from a rights owner that your listing is infringing on their patent, specific documents will be needed including a court order, temporary restraining order, injunction, or affidavit, or proof of non-infringement issued by legal counsel.

Alternatively, a retraction from the right’s owner may remove the violation received. A great resource to understand and avoid patent policy violations can be found here.

I hope this provides guidance as you work through this, if any additional questions arise feel free to post here.

Best,

Sonny
