Account suspended due to multiple accounts relationship

Hi

Looking for some help on this.

Background:

i was informed that my account has a relationship with another account lets call it ABC. When i called Amazon they asked me if I had ever contracted another 3rd party, which i had - being new to Amazon I had hired an agency to support running ads and provide help with listings.

This agency was apparently supporting the account ABC, with the same email as he was my account i.e. he was a "user" on both accounts. When the account ABC got suspended, they established that our account had a relationship with them and suspended our account as well. At this point i severed my relationship with this agency and removed the agency's email from my list of users. I also provided documentation around the contract I had signed with the agency when they started as well as evidence of payments + termination letter. Amazon just responded saying the information we provided is not sufficient: Here's the note they sent:

"We received your submission but do not have enough information to reactivate your account at this time. To reactivate your account, please provide evidence that you have never owned a separate account and believe this deactivation was in error by providing supporting documentation. This includes but is not limited to any authorized or unauthorized relationship through a third-party company or evidence of account compromise. If we cannot substantiate the claim, your account will not be reinstated."

How do i provide information that i have "never owned a separate account", further with respect to "authorized or unauthorized relationship with a third party company" , i've already shard the contract agreement, termination letter, proof of payments. What other information can i share.

@Emet_Amazon. Pls review. This is very frustrating for me.

@Atlas_Amazon, @Seller_w3jvBCjvJydAdpls if anyone can help.

I have submitted a Plan of Action as well with the format: root cause, investigation, actions taken, and preventative measures. Is there anything I can do?

Hi @Baltoro_Equipment1,

I understand you have questions regarding your account's deactivation due to relations with another account.

In this scenario, we have found shared information between you and the account to which you are linked. This does not mean that you necessarily own the other account, but rather there is a link between the two of them. The other account has been deactivated, and due to the shared information between the two accounts, your account has also been deactivated.

You mentioned third party usage for your logistics. Usually, contact between the accounts can be traced back to third party involvement. It is recommended to investigate all third party activity within your account. You will want to explore what other accounts with which this third party could have had contact. You will also want to provide the nature of involvement with your account this third party had. When creating your plan of action, please consider the following:

- Does your third party still have access to the account?

- How did you first come into contact with them?

- What were their responsibilities?

- What access to the account did they have?

- Were they working with other accounts?

- How could information among the other accounts have been shared?

Regarding the account being run by one person, who is this person who has operated the account? If it is not the account owner, does this person have other accounts they either own or operate? If so, what information could have been shared between these two accounts?

Once you have determined the answers to these questions, you will then want to create and submit a plan of action that details the results of your investigation, where, when, and what kind of information was shared between the two accounts, and how this contact will no longer take place in the future.

Please continue to reach out the community for further assistance.

Regards,

Troy
