Dispatch button
have contacted amazon but no response. When dealing with an order after i have pacckaged it and I amready to post it I press the order dispatched button and then it indicates that the order is dispatched, this has worked for the last 8 years and now it doesn,t. So i hav to e mail the customer and tell them that the item has been dispatched even though the site says it has not been dispatched , very annoying and i am tlill waiting for amazon to fix it or tell me how to , thank you anyone if you respond, regards Geoff.

Have another go, it was playing up earlier, tried again 5 minutes ago and it worked. Another Amazon improvement!

I had a similar issue earlier and noticed that I was able to revert to previous view (i was in some beta view of new shipping window) have you tried reverting to the old view? If not try a different browser?
I was able to revert back and managed to dispatch everything.

I had the same issue, but just clicked on seller central in the top corner and went back to the orders page and it had been marked as dispatched.

This happened to me when I used to use Chrome. Clearing Cache sorted it. I know use the Mozilla Firefox browser as recommended by Seller Support. They told me that both Edge and Chrome have “known compatability issues” with their site.

Same- reverted back to the old version!
