My Amazon Account Has Been Stuck in Verification for 2 Months – Can’t Update Address, Need Help from a Real Rep
I had an active account on Amazon Germany and later switched to the US marketplace using the same account. After this transition, my account was suspended due to Amazon’s multiple account policy. I’ve been dealing with this issue for nearly 2 months.
The system does not allow me to update my address. Because of this, I submitted all the required documents in PDF format to Amazon, but I still haven’t received any resolution. My account remains stuck in the verification stage, and I keep getting the same automated responses.
I kindly ask for help from an Amazon representative who can actually understand my case and won’t just send an automated reply.

The ONLY way you will get help from an Amazon employee is by tagging some of the forum mods into your post, and even then their powers are limited and they tend to just forward the issue on to the relevant department. As this is the UK forum it is unlikely that they will be able to help if your home marketplace is Germany - you need to post there, surely ?

Please work directly with US Account Health team, and if you need other sellers' insights, you can post in US Forums (just change the store in the top right from UK to US) - they will be better positioned to advise you.
