Put the tracking code into the royal mail ‘track a parcel’ page of the website and then you’ll get a portal to go into italia post tracking site, usually that’s not too bad, apart from the ‘lo farà domani’ attitude of the Italian postal system.

OP, you should be able to check your tracked shipment directly from your postal site (RM), as Wentvale told you. If you can’t still find it this way, try using parcel tracking sites, such as this one: https://www.17track.net/en

It isn’t showing the extra link to Poste Italine site yet on RM, as the tracking doesn’t yet show it arriving in teh destination country. Once it arrives in Italy (they scan it), then teh RM site will update with teh PI link.
However, Dorset mail centre though. That’s ours and our experience isn’t great, quite a few delays.
