Account de activation
Hi Amazon Seller Partner Support,
We are a used book seller. Our seller account has been de-activated as a result of a Amazon policy "violation". The root cause is because Amazon were unable to verify information related to our seller account, or did not receive any new information regarding our listings or selling history.
The violating ASIN provided to us is 0007179898, Complaint ID: 17073861861.
However, we do not know when the said infringement or policy violation occurred. We have looked every where on the account but there is no current infringement on our account that is because of this ASIN. Therefore we do not understand or know what to appeal.
We do not see the notification regarding this ASIN either on our Suspected Intellectual Property Rights violation or Received Intellectual Property Rights Violation.
We have called twice and spoken to "Account Health Specialists" but their help has not addressed our concerns.
Can Amazon please provide us with more information about this infringement so that we pay submit the appropriate appeal?
Thank you
Sincerely.

Hi Infinite Books
Your Vat number (see tax.service.gov.uk site) is for a different registered business address to that showing on Seller Central and Companies House for W"""" Ltd which also is showing as "limited" on your seller profile. You will need to ensure that all these details match.
As for the ASIN provided, the book is still being sold by C"""""M"""" So the complaint is likely to be the duplication of inventory with another account, which will need to be appealed. I'd also recommend checking performance notifications on all Amazon marketplaces as the deactivation of one account could lead to the deactivation of other linked accounts.
Hope this helps.
