The last case ID made was [9594714712] and there was no notification informing me of what was happening at all. This recent case and has been in the 'transferred' status since 07 March. But, I originally made the case 4 months back which is also in 'transferred' status. At this point, the word 'transferred' does not hold any weight and it's clear these are being ignored or sent to the wrong department. I am hoping I can be reached via my email and I can talk with someone to explain the situation in full, perhaps we can talk? Thanks for looking into this for me, and I look forward to your reply.
