PB13 Facility issues with checking in Inventory
What's the deal with the PB13 Amazon facility in South Florida? I've read about this particular location but now I have encountered the issue.
Shipped 3 boxes each containing 55 items arranged in 5 rows off 11 items. It would take a moron to screw up this count but sure enough, 2 of the boxes came up short. One box 4 short and another box 2 short.
Is there anyway to decline having items shipped to this location and request another warehouse before shipping?
In 3 years of shipping via FBA, i've never had an issue unless the product was being shipped to PB13.
