ODR Scores

We are buying Labels from Amazon. This time of year there is always issues with Deliveries however, we are getting customers open up A-Z claims without even messaging us first there's a problem and they are affecting our ODR Scores, how is this fair? We ship over 500 items a Day I can't physically track every single one of them.

No issues with buyers being refunded but what I do have an issue is, that we are being penalised with ODR's when we don't even get the chance to help the buyer

It's unfair on two counts...

- For delivery related issues, the customer is supposed to first contact you

and

- If you use Amazon Buy Shipping, it shouldn't hit your ODR anyway

In your appeals - that is what you should include (if you aren't disputing that the order didn't arrive).
