Invoice upload timeframe for pending orders
I currently upload my own invoices for business customers, keeping to the <24hrs deadline to preserve the IDR. I currently have an order from a business customer that has been ‘pending’ for 23 hours. I’m wondering, does the “24 hours to upload the invoice” rule work from when this order moves to ‘payment received’? Or, once the payment is received, will the system immediately decide that the invoice is now late because its been 24 hours or more since they essentially ‘placed’ the order?
Obviously I cant send an invoice until the order clears and releases the buyers info, but i just wanted to check that the system recognises this, and gives a further 24 hours from once payment is received.
Thank you!

I believe its from order dispatch.
At least that’s when Amazon upload the invoices
Just out of interest, why don’t you just have Amazon do your invoices then you don’t have to worry about it
