Seller Support has become non-existent.

We used to have a good chance of winning a fraudulent A-Z claim, or having a premature negative feedback removed, and could provide plenty of evidence, proof of delivery, signature requirements, etc to prove our case. We would even have better buyer response to work with the buyer, which we are more than willing to do, but now............nothing from Seller Support.

A buyer can now open an A-Z claim for a $1000 item because they ordered it wrong, or just didn't like it, and Amazon will grant them the claim right away. We appeal, and get the same automated "while we understand your concern, we stand by our decision" response over, and over, and over again. The buyer will stop responding to our messages, and Amazon will say maybe they aren't receiving them, and that's just too bad. If their item is a day delayed, a buyer can leave a 1 star feedback, and Amazon will deny the request to have it removed....even though it was shipping related. We have had multiple A-Z claims which are clear as day fraudulent, but Amazon won't even bat an eye at us. We are just handed off to someone else, in a permanent loop, and nobody does anything about it. Why has support disappeared? Why does Amazon treat their sellers this way? Why is this allowed, and how is it even legal? COME ON, SELLER SUPPORT! LISTEN TO US FOR ONCE!
