Final reminder: Shoe Size Requirements

Hi.
So, couple of minutes ago, I have received this wonderful case within my Amazon UK account.
As per usual, “Case Needs Your Attention”, with the message containing the following phrase “Please do not respond to this e-mail[…]”

I don’t offer any shoes, slippers, or any footwear at all.
So, what do we as sellers are expected to handle this? Wait until is is closed “Without seller response.”
Create another case with request to close this one?

Hi there
We have received the same message, and likewise do not sell shoes or footwear. We do however sell socks, and I believe that some items we have listed are mis categorized, which obviously we will look into.
I simply replied to the case with ‘Thankyou for your email, the contents of which have been noted and will be actioned’. This closed the case.
