Dear Amazon,
I previously listed 6 items for sale on my amazon account only a few days later come back to find they have all disappeared. How am I supposed to sell items when they suddenly get wiped?
I have paid thirty six dollars up front and so far not happy with the service, if I don’t get satisfaction I will be withdrawing use of my seller amazon account completely so neither of us will make any money.

We’re an FBA seller and have noticed a drastic decrease in new orders appearing in the “manage orders” section of the seller central website since Wednesday 25 Nov. Is this related to the issue and will start to see a backlog of orders come in?

Also noticed a drop, not as big as some of you guys but usually 60+ orders a day, only 20 in last 24 hours and about the same in the 24 hours prior to that

If you are FBA EFN it is worth checking if your listings are still active on the other EU marketplaces.

I’m still getting an error message when trying to list a product by searching for an existing listing by clicking ‘manage inventory’ - ‘add product’ and then entering the ASIN or name to search, i get an error message saying ‘Sorry, something went wrong with this request. Please try again.’
This has been the case since yesterday.

I’ve been adding listings all day and they seem to all be stuck in drafts. No errors or matches when I go into them. Had to open a case to figure out what’s going on, but no reply yet. Has anyone else had this problem in the last couple of days?

Sales down by 80% for me over the past 2 days. Other than the issues reported by Amazon I have no idea why this would be.
