Trademark infringement removed my listing

i got a trademark infringement complaint about a keyword I didn't realize was a trademark

I removed the trademark from my listing but in the appeal process it only gave me the option to submit a letter of authorization or invoices. But we manufacture our own product and it was only an issue of using the trademark on the detail page which has already been removed.

I've tried reaching out to the Rights owner but haven't received a response.

Furthermore upon checking the trademark registry, it also doesn't seem that they are approved for the trademark yet, just submitted the application to get the trademark.

What can I do? My listing has been closed and I want to reinstate it.

If our team has pulled the listing down due to the trademark utilization, and you did identify that the trademark was present, then it would require the documentation that has been requested. If you were unable to provide that documentation, then the retraction from the rights owner will be the only option you have for resolving the issue and reinstating the listing.

You can attempt to provide an explanation of the situation that includes the corrective action you have taken, but we cannot guarantee that this will result in a favorable outcome. Prior to this, we would advise on ensuring that the infringing content cannot be seen anywhere else within the listing or on the product itself as this will result in an immediate rejection of your submission.

As for the validity of the complaint given the trademark status, per our brand registry page, a pending trademark will still be considered valid as it has begun the process of being established with the appropriate intellectual property organizations. Our team will be required to ensure that there is no infringement occurring to ensure that the platform is compliant with laws surrounding intellectual property.
