Shipping Service used to calculate Delivery Promise --Still Broken!!! 04DEC24

PLEASE fix this!
We ship dangerous goods and have our ship settings and template set up so we comply with federal guidelines.
We can do 2nd-day GROUND shipments to some states. We CAN NOT ship via any AIR method.
FedEx Home Delivery and all other ground methods would trigger a late delivery issue.
I had to cancel the order because it was too expensive to just ship and hope for the best.
In SSA for both Expedited and Premium shipping, we only have GROUND options selected.
It should not be possible for Amazon to try and force us to use an Air delivery service. Yet, there it is.
Sigh.

Just to be very clear, this does not apply here, we have never shipped dangerous goods via air. Something needs to be fixed.
We have to comply with the Department of Transportation's Dangerous Goods regulations and cannot ship via air methods.
Stop allowing your AI to override our SSA template settings.
