Thank you for your post. I am to understand that you had accidently downgraded your professional plan to an individual plan and are looking to upgrade the account back to a professional plan?
If that is the case, I would wait a few days and then try upgrading. Please make sure that you have a valid credit card on file as well.
If you are not able to upgrade the plan then, please open a seller support case for additional assistance. Please feel free to share the case ID in this thread so that I can monitor it.
