Two days ago I received two orders for the same item. It is a large item and available now

via FBA. One minute later there was another order for the same item. They are both for Irish customers and both to be delivered on 17th March.

This means I have to pay storage fees for two large items for six weeks and I have no idea why the delay or even if the two items will be sent.

When I have asked about these forward orders before, on these threads, I have been told the customer is probably using Subscribe and Save but I have not joined that service.

Also the customers have not bought one item for now and two for later, just two for later.

These are very large log baskets so the whole situation is very odd and clearly disadvantageous to me.

Seller support just won't understand and say they can never cancel an order.

I need to stop this happening again. Please help me if you can.
