Refunding the Professional Fee after immediately downgrading account to Individual

Hi! SInce there was no option for me during the registration process to change to individual account, I proceeded with the creation of professional account and immediate downgraded my account to individual now that my account has already been approved.

However, the "Manage Your Services" page is showing that the change is will be effective by "September 16, 2024" still and my card was already charged the professional fee.

I wanted to contact support about this, but whenever I click on "Get Support" after clicking the Help button on the right of Seller Central, it keeps redirecting me to the same page of "Help".

Are there better ways to address this issue or contact support? Thanks a lot!

Anytime you change it to individual from professional, the change will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.
