amazon customer service

who do i contact if buyer initiated a return and refund. however still waiting for buyer to return items and amazon is auto authorizing refund when i have not recieved the items. how do i go about this?

As above reply. Also, it is against forum guidelines to open duplicate threads for the same topic, so you may find a forum moderator closes one of them.

Please create only one thread per question. Creating duplicate threads can create confusion and disruption in the Forums and is against the Forums Guidelines.
