Did Amazon ship it (FBA?) or did you ship it (FBM?) More information would be needed to give a helpful answer. For example, if FBM, how did you ship it? How long ago, etc.

You cannot cancel the order, but depending on circumstances, you may be able to get the item back and issue a refund.
