Amz has rejected my seller approval request several times but cant get any answer why.

I ve imported baby water mat from China to UK. I ve got GTIN exemption as its not my brand its a white label product, no code no label on it. I am not brand registered yet as i am just starting off. I ve created my listings and asked me to request approval. Which i did attached all the photos and invoices i have. Straight away came back rejected rejected. I have two listings of similar product both ffrom the same manufacturer. I ve attached all the certificates as well and everything can you please help??
