Seller Fulfilled Prime and Buy Shipping Services on Amazon / Evri / Royal Mail
Can anyone shed any light on this please:
I have a Royal Mail business collection every weekday but Amazon (Seller Fulfilled Prime) sometimes only let me select Evri as the only courier. It varies from day to day. I have a contract with Royal Mail that states I need to ship at least 1,000 parcels a year. If I’m forced to use Evri, them RM will put up the tracked 24 prices if I don’t make 1,000 shipments a year. I also have to drive to my Evri drop off which is another expense.
- I can’t seem to change Evri to Royal Mail on the Buy Shipping on Amazon.
- As a work around, I have started to print the labels through Royal Mail Online Business Account, which is linked to my Amazon account of course. The labels and tracking numbers port over automatically. However Amazon are threatening to take away my Prime status as I am not using their Buy Shipping services on the Amazon platform.
I also recived an email on 15th June from Amazon that said: “Sellers can use any logistics provider (carrier) for their Seller Fulfilled Prime orders; we no longer require sellers to use Buy Shipping services to purchase shipping labels.”
Anyway I’m totally confused and frustrated! If anyone can offer any advice, I’d be very grateful. Many thanks

That’s interesting as it should only apply in eu - not uk
