Ongoing UNWANTED FBA Charges without an active seller account - Terminated LLC, in need to dispose inventory and stop the charges from Amazon
The way how Amazon Seller Central is set up is really frustrating. My LLC has been dissolved, and I am in need to cancel all the charges and dispose all the inventory sitting in Amazon warehouse. However, there is no way to configure that in Amazon Seller Central despite of automating the disposal of starnded inventory. I downgraded my membership, yet still getting charges. How do i just deactivate everything and get rid of all the inventories so Amazon can stop charging me? Liquidation proceeds were also deferred for about 2 mos, its ridiculous.
I hope Amazon can address this type of issue better, since after searching at the forum, it appears that a lot of sellers are dealing with the same issue im having. Maybe your DevOps team can take this input as well, where they make the seller central UI a lot more user friendly to avoid these unnecessary and unwanted charges. I JUST NEED TO CLOSE EVERYTHING AND STOP ALL THE AMAZON CHARGES. NO SUPPORT IS AVAILABLE DESPITE THE ATTEMPTS TO CALL, EMAIL AND SUBMIT A DISPUTE WITH MY CREDIT CARD PROVIDER.

Sorry - Until all FBA inventory is cleared out you will continue to be charged storage fees. There is no one that can help with that.
Since you say you downgraded and have automated disposal I see nothing else that can be done. That's likely why no mod is responding.
