Amazon brand registry - brand blocked due to abuse?
I received 3 messages a few weeks ago that 3 brands had been removed from brand registry.
I own one of the brands, I own the trademark, I am the rights owner and I manufacture the products.
The other 2 brands have absolutely nothing to do with me, I have never listed or sold them and I have no idea what they are. So not sure why I was sent notification of these.
I have filed appeal only to be told the below. It does not say what the issue is or how I can fix?
My account has been going years and account health is perfect.
I have spoken to multiple people un support who say they cannot help as it's down to brand registry. I have messaged brand registry 5 times with no reply. Basically stuck in a loop.
I think there has been an error on the system as I received notification for brands nothing to do with me along with a link to an appeal for a different brand? and somehow my brand has been caught in it.
Any idea how I can get this resolved as I have opened various chats now and nobody seems to look at, I just get put in the loop of customer sevrice?

Have you contacted other sellers who have offers on your branded listings?

Unfortunately, I don't have any visibility to the Brand Registry Portal, so I would like to clarify a few things to better understand the situation.
These communications that you shared were sent via the BrandRegistry Portal, right?
Also, you mentioned that you had already appealed. Did you create the case in the Brand Registry to check the reason why the appeal was rejected?
